What can you do with one extra second? Saturday night June 30th the international clock will read 11*59*59 then it will read 11*59*60 before mid-night.The atomic clock is running to fast and/or the Earth maybe slowing down from the tidal pull of the moon.What can you actually do with that one extra second?
