Drake Fights Chris Brown Over Rihanna: Can't We All Just Get Along?

The tragedy of Tupac and Biggie Smalls can't be forgotten. The whole "East Coast-West Coast rivalry" thing was engineered by other people, and both of them paid with their lives.

As to this recent incident, it was a simple brawl. Chris Brown deserves to have his ass beat for hitting Rihanna anyway, and for being a general douchebag. However, I have to say that Drake seems to have been acting like an immature ass. Shame on him.

What do they all have in common? It's easy to figure out. In the 70's & 80's rock stars were never getting in fights or getting killed. As for rap stars (????), well you can figure it out.

Not true, actually. There was a nasty rivalry between Axl Rose and Vince Neil. Izzy Stradlin actually started the whole thing by punching Vince's pregnant girlfriend, which makes him a huge douchebag, in my eyes. But even after Izzy and Vince managed to talk things out, Axl still wanted to fight.
Regarding rap musicians, Chuck D of Public Enemy, for instance, does not go around starting fights with people. He is a very mature, thoughtful, intelligent person. And the members of the Beastie Boys (rest in peace, MCA) did not go around starting fights.
One cannot judge by the genre of music that a person plays whether that person is a violent person.

Some celebrity women seem to flock to the "dangerous" type guys with small minds and a much smaller amount of respect for women, including their own mothers and others in their family. Rihanna likely thought she was protected by her fame, although I could be wrong. Either way she waded into a relationship with one puke and made no assessment of the risk until she was beaten in a simple car ride, which could have been her last. I would not begrudge anyone a shot at fame, but brute jackasses shouldn't profit any more than any other criminal. Ladies, they are likely still on the prowl whether they are in a relationship or not and there are many like them that should be avoided more agressively than the plague. At least there is a relatively effective treatment for the plague.

I don't think that Drake tends to behave like this in general, but in this instance he had something to prove. It's kind of embarrassing that he thought this was the way to go.
