Donte Stallworth, of the Cleveland Browns, will be allowed to train during his house arrest. Stallworth was convicted of manslaughter in June of 2009. Donte Stallworth was arrested for a DUI and manslaughter after killing a construction worker, Mario Reyes, while driving drunk. Donte Stallworth was suspended by the NFL, but he is still under contract with the Cleveland Browns. As soon as Stallworth is released on house arrest, he will be able to leave his home to train for the football season with the Browns.

"Arrest" means to STOP -- as in cardiac arrest. So if you are under ARREST then by definition you are supposed to STOP whatever you've been doing. Hellooooooo!
I dont care who he killed theres nothin we can do about that its in the past now.
