The President of the United States is the busiest man in the world. He
cleans up more messes per hour than the average person does in a year.
As such, he’s unlikely to take an interest in a citizen’s drunk driving
case, but that hasn’t stopped former All That actress Amanda Bynes from trying.



The starlet sent Barack Obama a tweet
today asking that he fire the police officer who arrested her for
allegedly running into his car, fleeing and then refusing to take a
breathalyzer test. You can take a look at her plea below…

Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end.

The message came just hours after Bynes was officially charged with driving under the influence. According to People,
the offense is only a misdemeanor, but if convicted, she could lose her
license for a year, spend a couple days in jail and wind up on parole.



The incident is just the latest development in a strange pattern of
behavior that has led many to wonder if Bynes is beginning to spin out
of control. In the past two months, she’s been accused of hitting three
separate cars and fleeing two separate scenes. One reportedly even
ended with a police helicopter chase. Why the police would make these
claims up and smear here is anyone’s guess, but that seems to be what
she’s alleging. Something tells me President Obama would be more likely
to side with the law, but stranger things have happened.
