On his new album, "Custom Built," Bret Michaels slides up to Miley Cyrus for a big, mid-tempo power ballad, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn." it's hard to know who's using whom in this instance. Does Miley have any business duetting with Bret Michaels?

I blame it on Bret still being not quite right after his medical issues. There's no way Miley belongs anywhere on the same track with a guy I consider a rock legend.
