Lady Gaga has almost 30 million followers, making her the "most followed" celebrity ... or so they say. British company Status People has found that only 29 percent of her followers are "good." Meaning, legit. So, what about the other 71 percent?!
Rob Waller of Status People told
The Guardian: "A fake account is set up to follow people or send out spam. They normally have no followers, but follow large numbers of people. An inactive account is one in which there has been no activity for a while. They could be real people, but we would describe them as consumers of information rather than sharers of information. A good account is everything that remains."
Why is this important? These days, the number of Twitter followers a celeb has is often used to determine his or her "worth." So Gaga might not be worth as much as you thought ... at least in the social media world, anyway!
Why would someone even make so many spam bots? Ehh. You can also buy followers but that requires following back. Spam bots usually follow people who're famous and have tons of followers anyway. Even if she did had "fake" followers that doesn't make her any less of the star she is or any less of the monsters she has (;
For example she has 53+ Million Likes on Facebook.. are those fake too? Not necessarily. She gets billions of views on YouTube and if you still don't believe it, then you can't fake album sales right? (23 million albums and 64 million singles worldwide)
So it is possible to have almost 30 million followers, very easily...
just don't do completely naked gaga' too much like cheap porno...reinvent yourself by switching gears to sassy and sexy but classy in how you do it; let's say a 'classy burlesque style' do it gaga you can pull it off darlin'

The creator of twitter has been on twit several times apologizing for ripping off the name, he is a huge fan of Leo.

I'm sure the number of inactive/bad accounts etc following her is probably in the same proportion as any other celebrity's
