It's hard to watch. You have this guy yelling at you, cursing at you, and you have to pretend that he's not doing it. Like, you can't let his anger distract you. I am afraid that someone will burn themselves or something...no wonder why it's called, "Hell's Kitchen"...it's hell in the kitchen.
