All the time. The nicest part is so we can speed through the commercials and then not waste that time on junk. We can then also speed through Obama as we sure don't want to view his mug.

I usually have several programs I like on at the same time so I need to record some to watch later. Also I have a life so I record these programs so I can watch them when I want to and not when they are on.

Sometimes the schedule has two good shows on at once! Other times, I'm not in front of the TV to watch! And sometimes I like to put something on the DVR that I can then serve to any other TV set in the house.

A lot of times I am busy when my favorite shows come on so have to record them.Anyway its better that way as I can go through the show, without watching any dam commercials

We've never owned a DVR, but the guy who invented it, says his new company Roku plans to put the DVR out to pasture. We hardly ever watch conventional TV anymore. This is a great article on Anthony Wood and his amazing internet streaming device.

Quite honestly we DVR alot of shows. There are so many good ones on. Right now we're watching Castle from last February. We love our DVR!!

Thursday evening we had a strong cold front push through.The town of Franklin,TN had a small F1 tornado hit it. Damaged a few cars & hurt 2 people.But that wasn't anywhere I was at!
