Yes way - I'm already online with my 360, why not use its video services?

http://www.gaminglagoon.com/n... gives away free microsoft points

The site uses a points system where you complete surveys to get points which you then redeem for the prize of your choice.

There are four types of surveys: 100% free, purchase required, cell phone required and credit card required. Free surveys have the lowest payout and purchase required usually have the highest payout. Gaming lagoon is only given money from its sponsors if you get credit for the offer.

    I don't even own an Xbox 360.

I have a Wii. I knew Microsoft wants to do everything including generate content and distribute it over their massive network.

I've bought a few shows or rented a few movies to try it out, but it's not for me.

I would probably use the video service more often but the limited hard drive is an issue for me. I usually only download tv shows from a series I like but not enough to buy on DVD. I've rented movies when friends were over after the video stores closed.

It's an ok service. if I dodnt have to fork over cash for points and could just rent the movies or shows with real money ( you know, like the way the rest of the frappin world does) I might use it more often.

I would use this feature more if they had a better selection of movies and TV shows.

You have the chicken/egg problem. They worry about developing content if nobody will watch, and nobody will watch if they don't develop content. With the Writer's Guild strike, maybe they can make some content for this that doesn't fall under their guild contract.
