It's not fake. This is a photo of the extremely rare giant saltwater piranha. This particular one was captured and turned into a pet for three small children....

It's real..I fell over board once ( Okay, I was pushed) and this little sweetie swam up next to me and nudged me ..er..gently...splashing me back into the boat. I jumped back in ( okay I was thrown) and she nudged me again..I finally realized she wanted to play and I patted the boat and said "Fetch".....:)

That shark is to big, the only shark that was ever that big was the megalodon(sp?) and its extinct.

Absolutely Fake, I have done a lot of shark fishing and that is a closeup of a great white spliced into this photo. There hasn't been a shark that size since extinct Megalodon.
EDIT: dang, I meant to say FAKE......

there is such thing as a shark this size it is called the mega mouth shark and lives mostly in deep waters, trenches and such. It has the mouth span that can swallow a human in one bite. That is why I stay out of the ocean!

It's quite easy to tell that the picture is a composite of different shots. The shark's wake is large enough to knock the guy with the rod off his feet. Yet he stands as if in calm waters. The other guy retrieving the fish on the line should be shitting his pants right about now. Yet his attention remains on the catch.
