This afternoon, Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez were reportedly returning from a shopping excursion when they arrived back at their car to find it blocked in by a photographer. Several witnesses reportedly saw the Biebs ask the man to move. He didn’t, and the argument supposedly got physical.

By the time the police arrived, the musician was long gone, but the paparazzo complained of chest pains and was taken to the hospital. He was released a short time later, and a police report was officially filed. As of press time, the Biebs is a person of interest in the misdemeanor battery case, and authorities are looking to speak with him soon.

Rumor has it the alleged victim was approached by a lawyer not long after the incident and told he needed to go to the hospital and file a police report. Obviously, if true, that’s incredibly shady, but it doesn’t necessarily mean a crime wasn’t committed.

I know and agree that it matters very much to the two parties but, frankly, I don't really care. I see good and bad on both sides. Celebrities make gobs of money because of fans, and fans want to know all about their idols. Hence we get paparazzi. I've personally witnessed some of that type action and it's not a pretty sight. But, alas, not my problem. Thanks goodness.

Without further information no way to make a decision.

HOWEVER, if I was the Beb and someone had blocked me in, I'd not do a thing except call the police and have the guy arrested for blocking my cars movement, techically an assult on my right to the freedom of movement within the US, a civil rights violation, and if I I got no cooperation from the police I'd call more press. For the real show and once they got there, give the guy ONE warning to move his car of else, being sure every single press person around heard and recorded it.

The I'd bash the hell out of his car with mine and make sure his car would never move again. LOL

who cares whose vehicle it is ..
