    Hell no, he is probably the most overrated actor in Hollywood now and he would only destroy Doctor Who. They should choose a Brit anyway... unless it's Daniel Radcliffe {shudder}. The more I think about this, the worse it gets....

    Isn't Doctor Who British?? Or do you mean Johnny Depp -- holy crap he IS American! Sorry I just read that he's from KENTUCKY. I always thought that he was a British guy who played too many American roles. I mean, Pirates, Sweeny Todd, Alice in Wonderland........I assumed...
