I think she might of given him a bump with her support- for -whats called a news cycle- 48-72 hours- but I also hear- thousands of people- within days of her support of Obama- called or emailed the show in protest- and many people cancelled their subscription to her magazine.

She was in that church with Obama too! Funny, I said I bet Oprah goes to that church. And I found an article that said she did! Then it was talked about on that news show of Greta's. I dont know her last name but it is hard to pronounce. It seemed Oprah only quit for business reasons. Seeming she knew alot of her fans wouldnt like the idea of her going to a church with a pastor who had such views. See, even Oprah knew about this pastors mouth and she didnt even go there as long as Obama.

it doesn't matter to me one way or another. I won't give her credit one way or another. She is on a mission just like Senator Obama is on a mission...and I don't think that it is for the good of our country as a whole....it if for their chosen agendas...I don't fall in that catagory and neither do millions of American's . They claim freedom of speech, but they are trying to shut us up....we are not going to have the right to have our children be taught what ever we think right for them....we aren't going to have the right to choose our own doctors because they will choose them for us, we won't be able to choose our own religious beliefs...they are looking to censor tv, radio and newspapers.....they will continue to take the pride that we have for our country and call it something else, as they are doing now......they want us to see things their way and their way only....and last of all....we will see the fight..fought on our soil.....I will though, tell everyone I know to open their eyes....and I will continue to pray for our country.

That isn't exactly correct. When Obama was runniing for the Senate----long before any connection with Oprah---he was already becoming very popular among the people, and it was his election to the Senate, by the largest margin in Illinois history, that secured his popularity. Oprah may have expedited the process, but Obama would still be where he is today without her. He's incredibly charismatic on his own.
