That's right folks, another mega whatever is saying BYE BYE and hello new wild and wonderful world. The bad part of all this is they have a eight year old daughter named CoCo, and he wants joint legal and physical custody of her.

After "becoming a man" in Israel, the "Scream" star has finally filed the divorce documents to end his marriage to Courteney Cox after 13 years.

TMZ.com reports that Arquette cites the cliched "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce.

He is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old daughter, Coco.

TMZ says Arquette, who signed the docs in March, is representing himself and is not seeking financial support.
