I'm a total music junkie. I listen to some newer music but I love oldies. I listen to music from 50's-00's.

At least Pink and Lady GaGa are musicians. At least they can sing!

Many tracks (can't really call them "songs") today have no melody, which is an essential element of music (along with rhythm and harmony). No melody = no music!

I listen to a wide range of music from the 1940s to today. There are a few modern songs and artists I like, but the majority of stuff I listen to is from the '60s, '70s, and '80s. The types of music I listen to most often are: classic rock, alternative rock, punk rock, heavy metal, country, the blues, Motown, jazz, R&B;/soul, oldies from the '50s and '60s, old-school and underground hip-hop/rap, some pop, etc.
