Do you pirate music off the internet?

Everyone does, on YouTube.
No download, but listening for free! Free!
Music was meant to be payed for and listened.

Music is older than money, older than currency even.

I believe that music should be free, to some point at least.
YouTube is a great way of discovering new artists, you may not buy their records but if you become a fan you`ll be on shows or something.
I think it`s most important that music is out there, no matter how.
For instance my music is totally free, under CC license. Which means I`m not earning a penny off of it.

not regularly though, only when I find a song I really like that I can't find on spotify or iTunes. If it's on either one then I don't pirate it

I download movies, as well as music, especially movies as I have lot interest in going with prices these days. However, in terms of music, I prefer to support local talent and, in that case, buy their music from them.

No, because that's illegal. Plus, half that stuff has worms, trojans, and viruses on there.

I used to download from Kaza, but after I found a few viruses that were posted by recording companies I quit. I now download from the Microsoft Zune site. or once in a great while iTunes.

Oh, I do not care about "pirating" stealing so many millions of dollars from the recording industry, they do not seem to miss many payments on their Rolls Royce s or Beverly Hills Mansions.

Why do I claim Recording Companies plant viruses, worms, or trojans? one example, I downloaded a hard to find album, not sure, I think it was "Ina Goda Da Vida, by Iron Butterfly. It downloaded incredibly fast, and when I tried to play the cut on my cars CD player, all I got was static, and a few months after downloading it, my PC crashed. a few months after I did a clean install, it crashed again, (Norton, McAfee, AVG or Trend Micro never identified it. I use Kaspersky now, and I have not had a crash in quite a while.
