Do you like Katy Perry?

I like her personality, she's gorgeous, and i like a few of her songs.

I have nothing against her as a person, but I find her music very uninteresting. Part of it is due to the fact that I don't enjoy pop music that much, and another part is because I either like my music to be very simple (slow piano ballads, for example) or very bombastic (loud metal songs, orchestras, etc.), and Katy Perry falls directly in that "in between" stage. Of course, there are always exceptions, especially when my favorite bands are involved (although most of my favorite bands lean towards the "heavy, loud, and/or bombastic" side anyway), but my dislike for the way pop music has been turning in the past decade makes it very hard for me to have any "exceptions" for them, Katy Perry included.

I'm like that. I like soft melodic music, like "Secret Door" or "Like You" or "The Change" by Evanescence, but I also like "End of The Dream" and "The Other Side" and "Made of Stone", also by Evanescence. I love Evanescence because for one the lyrics/videos/music is beautiful, and plus she has soft songs but she also has epically rocking songs.

"Cup of Coffee" is probably my favorite song, if I had to choose.

Hot then Cold is my favorite by her. The video is goofy fun ! Last Friday Night is another fun video. Her alter ego is funny !! She is extremely easy on the eyes !!!

lol me neither, pop music sucks. I like rock music. I just liked E.T. cause it sounded kind of techno and I like techno.
