If the tattoo is is well done and in the right place on the right person, it's a turn on. If a piercing suits a person, it's a turn on.

If the tattoo is shitty, or not placed well, or the person just doesn't suit it, it's a turn off. If a piercing doesn't work with the person, it's a turn off.

I'm not a fan of piercings at all...the fewer the better.

Tattoos, done in moderation, and with a good reason / significance, are a turn-on, but it's too easy to get carried away with it.

One, two, maybe three tattoos are okay. Having your arms or back covered is a turn off.

Piercings anywhere besides the ears, (for girls or guys), is a definite turn off to me.

For me, it depends on where they are and who they are on.

For example, Jester effing pulls off the look quite well. LOL.

Someone I'd say looks gross would be Marylin Manson or however you spell his name. And gages are freaking repulsive.
