    Lifetime anti male

No. I find the majority of them to be anti male/family propaganda movies with vehemently anti-Catholic themes which practicing Catholics should find offensive.

    Do you watch them, Sister?

    {EDIT}

    BLOCKED AGAIN?

Sister, if you can't take a difference of opinion, why are you even on Sodahead? What's the point? Do you create your own reality and pretend the parts you don't want to see don't actually exist? I think you are all out rude in all honesty. You need to grow up. I was offering my opinion about the Lifetime movies and somehow because that doesn't meet up to your approval, you block me. Get a life.

    To Tara:

I would answer your question but because the poster has blocked me, I am unable to have a dialogue with you. Sorry.

I love all movies. I watch them for what they are, movies for entertainment. A lot of people want to put a political statement on a certain movie, but I never do. To me they are entertainment only, enjoy.................

When I had Cable I would watch Lifetime; then after awhile it got boring....and who cares if it is anit-male....it's about womyn, not boys (boys move over, it's never about you!!) I got tired of seeing womyn crying and being depressed, then it would get me bummed out for no reason!!

But what I loved about these ladies too, they would go after the boy and beat him and hit him wear it hurts (thank god for that!!) I love womyn who beat the crap out of boys....boys, no means no; what part of English don't you undersatnd??

god love womyn beat crap boys boys english undersatnd anti male

No, they exaggerate some of the issues to much for my taste and also seem to concentrate mainly on the dark aspects of life.

Maybe once or twice a year.

I sometimes like to watch made-for-TV movies because often times, they are so bad, they are good...

Yes. I haven't in a while because I don't have cable access at this time but I did when I had it.

The movies shown on Lifetime are quite a mixed bag, from Lifetime Originals, to past box-office hits, to made-for-TV movies from back in the days when made-for-TV movies were still standard network fare.

Given this fact, I have to say that although some believe that Lifetime packs a heavy agenda with their movie line-up, I don't really think that's the case. The "agenda" is simply to provide programming, including movies, that are more likely to appeal to women. If they were really pushing a rabid anti-male or anti-Christian agenda, believe me, I would notice! :D

When I had cable access I did turn to Lifetime a lot because frankly I appreciated having some place to go where I wouldn't have to wade through a lot of male-oriented crap I don't like, like televised sports and dumb violent action movies! :D

I have to admit that the network has come a long way since their feminazi days of always showing mini-series shows of abusive husbands. lol.....like men could never be the victim of anything....

I hate to admit it, but, yes, I do. The plots are hysterical and totally lacking in depth. One movie had a man secretly living in a woman"s house and keeping her under surveillance The characters range from the transparent to the hokey. If you have a free Sunday afternoon, tune in. I have never seen people work so hard at destroying their own lives. Lifetime also seems to be the "Elephants' Graveyard " for a lot of old stars. It's amazing who you will see on there.

I did sometimes back home with my Mom. My Dad always gave us a hard time about it though, because he thought they were so anti-men. They had some good movies on Lifetime, though. I don't think we get the Lifetime channel in Bangkok, though.

I should watch more movies and spend less time online. Say hello to Lianne. Watching a movie with your goddaughter sounds like fun.
