Do Fashion and Sports Mix?

The Oklahoma City Thunder have consistently made headlines the last six months -- and it's not just for the team's success on the court. Yes, it's major news that the young OKC Thunder have the veteran San Antonio Spurs on the brink of elimination in the Western Conference Finals. In fact, outside of the Spurs, the Thunder have been the most consistently successful team in the regular season and NBA Playoffs.

But enough about on the court. Let's talk fashion. The Thunder's Big Three is made up of All-Stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, along with Sixth Man of The Year James Harden. All three possess a... unique style. Some call it hipster. Some call it fashionable. Others call it “What the hell is he wearing?” If you've seen a Thunder post-game press conference, you know what we're talking about.

Sometimes we wonder if there's a friendly competition between the three when it comes to style and swag. Durant popularized the after-school backpack look that Westbrook has adopted, but Westbrook has perfected the “red glasses like that dude from Ninja Turtles” swag. We're not sure how well Harden matches up to his All-Star counterparts as far as clothes though, but at least he can say he's got the frohawk and epic beard.
