Let's start with Dina Lohan. On Monday, she exhibited strange behavior in a taped appearance on "Dr. Phil," including crying and flipping the bird. Her ex-husband Michael Lohan asked Dr. Phil if she was drunk during the interview.
As for Snoop Dogg, in addition to the bong pic, Corde Calvin Broadus tweeted a photo showing the father-son duo rolling cigarettes together, with the caption: "Wouldnt mind livin in Amsterdam Fo a year. #CaliDoed."

daughter, Lindsey illustrates that fact. Lynne Spears, BRATney's mother rates a very
tight second place. Both of these brats are in dire need of serious retraining both in the
safe and polite driving of motorized vehicles while in public traffic, and in their conduct
while out in general public. I didn't observe Amanda Bynes mother on the list. She ought
to be. She rates a not too distant third in the incompantence department.

And marijuana along with hemp should be legal anyways because it should have neve been illegal in the first place so I've no idea why Snoop Lion is up there
