Sometimes. Not regularly. The year that Laurie Metcalf played the crazy woman who was gunning down people in the store I remember and I have seen some of it this year.

My husband and I DVR it so we can watch after Dexter. We enjoy the drama in it. It's entertaining.

I try to watch as little TV as possible. I do seek out the weather report, and occasionally watch the news, esp. for election coverage, or a story I am interested in following. I truly believe that the American fetish for being entertained is somewhat disgusting. I think the marketing industry and the media prop up the entertainment industry, which pays a certain tiny percentage of the world population an enormous amount of money, while most of the rest of the world is starving and can barely get by. I also think TV keeps our attention focused on things that are of absolutely no importance, or even worse, less than virtuous and even immoral issues and situations. IMHO, of course.

In my area of the state, there have been some churches that were closed. As unfortunate as that is, Noone is coming up with a reality based show Desperate Bishops. Sorry if I upset you in any way with any of that, but if they want to make a show that desperate is in the title, I know of better group to feature than housewives. With my apologies to housewives.
