"Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" was released this past week on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC and it is undoubtedly a hit at the video game box office. According to "Call of Duty" publisher Activision, the ultra-popular franchise generated a staggering $500 million worldwide in sales in just 24 hours of "Black Ops 2" hitting stores.
What's even more impressive is that "Black Ops 2" has already outpaced the sales of the top Xbox first-party game "Halo 4," which drew $220 million in its initial 24 hours of release. "Black Ops 2" contains a single player campaign that allows gamers to engage in combat in the '70s, '80s and even 2025. The main character Alex Mason is back as well. In the 2025 campaign, you play as Mason's son David.
Of course, the biggest and best aspect of the "Call of Duty" franchise is the online gaming and the community of millions that play against friends, family and others via Xbox Live, the Playstation Network and Steam. Fear not, Nintendo fans. "Black Ops 2" will be released in conjunction with the launch of the Wii U console on November 18 and can be played online via the Nintendo Network.

im missing the point cus noone plays the campaign except for my brother, and there is very little difference between the content in BL1 and BL2
other games give you new maps and weapns for free, and instead of releasing a new game they could have done it in an update.
From a title "Back Ops" you'd expect a stealth game in Deus Ex or Thief fashion!
what im really hating is the 'season pass' thing that the idiots of the walking dead created, this'll be bad for us in the future
