"Toddlers & Tiaras" mom Lindsay Jackson dressed 6-year-old Maddy Jackson as Dolly Parton with fake boobs and a fake butt... and now a judge says she can't put her daughter in any more pageants as her custody battle unfolds, RadarOnline.com reports.

Jackson is furious about the gag order, a source tells Radar. "What kind of judge tells a parent what kind of extracurricular activity they can put their child in? Pageants aren’t illegal and they’re not harming Maddy," the source said. "This is no different from soccer or swimming or gymnastics and it is taking away Lindsay’s right to parent. The government should not be involved in this at all!"

Maddy’s father Bill Verst, who is on probation for a DUI and is a convicted felon, according to Radar, has supported Maddy's pageants since she was 13 months old, but he recently changed his tune.

"Maddy has been doing pageants since she was a baby and this is the first time Bill has ever said I'm a bad mother," Lindsay told RadarOnline.com before the gag order. "He never made an argument about it until the show aired, and now he's trying to say that she's sexualized and that I'm trying to exploit her and I'm not!" Do you think costumes like the Dolly Parton one "sexualize" the little girl? Or is it just harmless fun?

The whole god damned concept has gone too far. You want an pageant for the kids then make it real. Make it about the kids. BEING kids not being dolly parton or any other mock up of a grown woman or teen girl. THAT is what's wrong with the toddler pageant circuit. People need to realize its only contributing to the self image and body distortion issues this country is wallowing in.

Just asinine that a grown woman would conceivably compel herself to dress her child like an adult to the point of including breast that purtrude out mimicking Ms. Parton's body part.
Shame on you mom for taking advantage of and disrespecting your little girl; just because she's your kid, there are some things the citizens in general wish not to see publically how you pervertly dress your child. "You're Sick"

Why don't you parents that dress your child up to mimic adults; sit down and tell the world what was in your mind as you dress your kid like that'

No cuz if you really watch most of the show you will see that it makes the TODDLERS HAPPY AND THEY HAVE FUN and IF YOU DON'T GET THAT THEN IT'S NOT THE RIGHT SHOW FOR YOU TO WATCH. Those little girls go out there to have fun and meet new people. If the dressing up as a superstar is bad then why do they have it in the show and i depends on the rules to say what the costum guidlines shuold be.

You can always go farther. While I don't watch the show I do side with the mom about a court having no right to say what activities a parent can put their kid in. I also think this lady is retarded if toddler beauty pageants are equivalent in any way to soccer or swimming. I'm sure at no time in her career did Amanda Beard, Missy Franklin, Natalie Coughlin or any other professional swimmer go out to the pool with a set of fake tits, and a fake ass in their suit.
And what if Hope Solo had been wearing a fake Dolly Parton size rack? We probably wouldn't have won gold.

The sexualization of children in our society is grotesque. Not to mention the objectification of women. If I was being kind I'd say this woman was naive but honestly I think she must just be painfully stupid. The entire kiddie pageant phenomenon is disturbing and wrong. I feel the same way about children in bikinis and high heels. We should not be teaching little girls that their only worth lies in being sexually appealing to the opposite sex. That's how 12 year olds end up pregnant. The whole thing is a glaring sign of a fundamemtal sickness in our society.
