Call it the ex-wives' club. Katie Holmes sought and received help from Tom Cruise's ex Nicole Kidman as she plotted their divorce, Us Weekly reports. "They've spoken over the last few weeks," a confidante tells the mag. "Nicole has been supportive, saying she's been through it too and to hang in there."

In fact, the source tells Us that Cruise's two ex-loves have been in touch since 33-year-old Holmes' 2006 marriage to Cruise (Nicole, 45, and Tom, 50, divorced in 2001). "She has been a private friend not many people know about," the source says.

It's been widely noted that Tom seems to have "gotten" his two kids with Nicole, Isabella, 19, and Connor, 17, though they technically share them. So it makes sense that Katie would share similar concerns about 6-year-old Suri. "Nicole offered her support and help," the insider tells the mag. Do you believe the gossip?

Katie Holmes is an opportunistic Gold Digger who milked Tom for all she could. Now she is trying to take him to the cleaners financially and family wise. Katie Holmes is a perfect example of why so many men use the word "B _ _ _ h" when referring to women like Katie Holmes.

Who knows better about a controlling ex-husband than his ex-wife. Katie needed a well planed out escape and it looks like she pulled it off. Good for her and good for Nicole if she gave her advice.

Sounds far fetched that the media would know about if if she did.
I don't see anything that crazy about Katie having any contact with Nicole since their kids are half related. It's not that uncommon for parents to want their kids to have some kind of relationship with their half brothers/half sisters. But I don't see why anyone would know about private conversations Katie and Nicole might've had.

but a bigger part of it was katie's dad who is a family lawyer and more than likely the following videos were presented to her dad that protest group anonymous is on her side and will support her is asked. the 3 videos were posted on youtube 4 years ago so likely her dad got the message and got it through to katie.

get used to it; it gets worse. when the witches fly, a coven can be quite deadly.. if two women are pissed for the same reason, they forget about who did what to whom. they just ignite the afterburners on their brooms and ride.

Speaking to someone and using her to plot against Tom is another thing. I am sure if they spoke it was about how to survive the divorce when there are children involved. Neither of these women seem to be particularly vindictive. But, both appear to be good mothers who want the best for their children.

Actually, she would be the best person to seek support from, she has been through this with the man and could offer real support and advise. C'mon guys there is more to this than what is being reported. Its obvious that Katie had the goods on Tom and planned this like a military operation for a long time. She had lawyers in at least 3 states on the job with her divorce lawyer dad at the helm. It was settled too quickly and custody was determined just as quickly. Hell, I don't think Vegas divorces are this quick! Face it, the "mouse" had something on the "cat" and she planned it very very well, even asking for the divorce on his Birthday!

Are you saying that Nicole is sick minded for trying to help Katie? Strange things happen in life, and sometimes you find your self reaching out to those who seem to need a friend, especially if you've already walked in those shoes. Maturity will cause you to go that extra mile, or to come out of your comfort zone. If Nicole tried to help Katie, I think that was a noble move.
