Did Miley Cyrus Go Too Far With ‘Girl-on-Girl’ Kiss?

It’s been a long time since Miley Cyrus was the innocent girl next door. But now she really “Can’t Be Tamed.”

Miley, dressed in a sexy black bodysuit, mimicked a girl-on-girl kiss Thursday night during a live performance of her new song “Can't Be Tamed” on “Britain's Got Talent.”

The 17-year-old’s faux smooch with a female dancer can be seen at about 1:07 in the video.

What do you think? Has Miley finally gone too far for her little-girl fan base?

She isn't a good girl and hasn't been for a long time. She's an awful role model for children. It's sad her parents haven't given her any boundaries. She's needed them to. She definitely went to far with it and the song is just WRONG in every way! It's totally disgusting and should cause her and her parents great shame! Ufortunately it is all about money and ratings and that's what she and her parents want.

Personally, its just a kiss in my opinion, yes Miley is a bad girl and is SUPPOSED to be a role model but you also have to remember shes growing up, and every one grows up at one point in there life both physically and mentally, she was a disney star at i think 12 to maybe 16 but shes 17 now, if i were her i wouldn't want all my fans to be little, shes doing this to break away, face it....she might just be our next Britney Spears..who knows?

Miley Cyrus did kiss a girl!! WTF little kids look up to miss Hannah Montana she has to change her act and fast.... my daughters 11 and she completely loves her! She needs to be straighten out!Poor Liam!!

I agree- this video disgusts me. I do not at all agree with her decision to perform this way. She really should use more discretion so long as SHE CHOOSES to work for Disney making television shows for young impressionable girls.That being said, my daughter just watched this video and will continue to watch Hannah Montana. BUT I do not depend on Hannah or Miley to steer my daughter in the right direction. My daughter saw it and just shook her head and said "she is turning into Lady Gaga- yuck" lol My point is that I want to be my daughters role model and it is my job as her mom to keep open dialogue with her about such things. Instead of hiding it and hoping she will never see it, I bring these things to light and let her make her own decisions according to what I have taught her by my example. When we do this we become the role models and not those in Hollywood. It's unfortunate we cannot trust celebrities to set decent examples, but it is the reality of the world we live in.

Role model...are you all serious. Is it her fault you all consider her a role model, no. It is your choice. Make better decisions in who you admire. I cannot see her as a kid or adolescent saying "I'm gonna act on tv but what I really want is to be a rolemodel so everything I do can be critiqued by the midwestern heffers in floral print dresses"

Number two...Miley was never cut out to be a Role Model but the Media made her out to be and so everyone went along with it...now we have little girls who will be making out with each other because Hannah Montana did it! Seriously...dont blame Miley for all the skanky little girls the world will have now blame the media and parents for not controlling what is being put on television. We as the public are allowing children to watch things like this and then complain that its being aired on TV. WHY ARE YOUR CHILDREN WATCHING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!? She is acting her age...17 year old girls act and dress slutty because thats what the media says is cool. Is it right? Not at all but thats what we made the world to be. Media plays a big role in our lives whether you agree or not it does. We let them tell us whats in style and what is not and right now being sexy and slutty is whats hot. Lemme ask you, how many celebrities have you seen being a slut on national tv? I can tell you I've seen worse than Miley, much worse. Like I said before Miley was NEVER a role model, the media put her out to be one. Her show isnt for little kids to watch either....Ive seen it and there was sexy dances moves, skimpy clothing and way too much kissing for it to be a childrens show. Little girls shouldnt be watching that. She cant care about what every single fan thinks of her because everyones got their own opinion and if you try to please this one, that ones not happy. Shes has to do what she feels is right and then realize what choices were mistakes and live up to it. She is human, she can make mistakes. We all make them. Just because your kid likes Blake Lively are you going to let them watch Gossip Girl? Of course not because its not a show for children. Just because your kid likes a certain celebrity doesnt mean its okay for them to be watching them on tv. In the end, all Disney stars grow up for better or for worse.

i know and i guess we all blame Miley Cyrus because everyone thinks she is the best role model for kids... and i agree with the thing like we all want sex and sex sells... i just think that Miley needs to stop putting off that girl everyone wants to be but really she is a slut... I used to LOVE her... like i wanted to be her... but now that i saw wat she did... my respect has gone down the drain for her... and she calls herself a Christian?? No you didnt get me mad at all. The world gets me mad because how stupid and judgmental everyone is. I never liked Miley...something bout her just annoys me. But when people attack her for not being a good role model annoys me even more since she never really was one. Shes a teenager and yes peer pressure gets the best of us and we all make silly mistakes, in the end we just need to know when to apologize and move on not linger on a topic. Whats done is done. Shes experimenting with her sexuality whether the world likes it or not. Its not right but we cant change it either.

I don't need to have children to understand what a good or bad role model is. I can understand from her age that she may want to break out or whatever, but once she decided to do a show that such young children watch, she couldn't and can't do anything like she is without having ill effects on said children. So don't let your kids watch her. Its all on you. She has NO obligation to any parents or their offspring, just herself. If she wants to sing/strip that is her perogative. And if anyone who reads this has a little girl that ends up a stripper...it won't be this girls fault. It will yours. Be a parent and stop expecting everyone to participate in the rearing of your kids. She took on that responsibility when she chose to be the 'star' of a show for young viewers. You may not think so, but she has the same responsibility as a child's parents when trying to be a good example. And I never, not once, implied I was a parent. Yes, some day, but not for a long time. If you enjoy watching her dance like hussy, that's your thing. Be my guest. But my opinion is that she should think of who's watching her before herself.
