Did Lindsay Lohan Assault a Woman?

Not that we're putting much faith in Lindsay Lohan's promise to get her life back together a couple of weeks ago, but even TMZ thinks this story sounds fishy. And they're the ones that broke it. Apparently an unnamed woman filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department accusing Lohan of assaulting her at The Standard Hotel on Thursday.
According to TMZ, the woman was talking to a male friend of Lohan's when the actress "began pushing and shoving her." Lohan's rep said, "Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame." Not only that, but TMZ followed up the story by speaking with six employees at the hotel, and none of them had any idea Lohan was there at all. Do you think Lindsay Lohan assaulted a woman? Or is she actually a victim of a false claim this time?

Now really, if Lohan wants the police involved to protect her 'good' name, I think we can officially declare this whole kit and caboodle as being false, like most of the trash TMZ reports.
