Did Bristol Palin Get Plastic Surgery?

We're no expert on plastic surgery but something looks a little... different about Bristol Palin.

The former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant hasn't yet commented on the rumors that she might have had work done -- but one certified plastic surgeon says it's a possibility.

"She seems to have had liposuction of her entire neck with a focus under her chin...which has produced a much more defined jaw line and lower facial area," Dr. Brian Glatt said in a press release.

What do you think? Did the eldest Palin get work done -- or has she just been working out?

After really looking at the two pictures, side by side, it looks to me like she lost some weight. Good for her!

Seriously? The doctor I work for has a daughter that had to have surgery on her jaw. Changed her face shape in the same way. Her jaw had to be realigned, and it pushed her chin out and down - making her face look longer. Doesn't take much to drastically change your look when a jaw is aligned.

Her face looks a little longer and thinner, but I think it is a combination of losing weight and the hair style.

Really, who cares? My opinion is that she just lost some weight. Its easy to look thinner in the face when you have lost weight everywhere else. Honestly though, is this really worth discussing?

She's calling it jaw surgery but since it was done so that she "wouldn't have such a baby face", I would call it plastic surgery.
In any case she's old enough to make her own decisions about it.

Don't know why she's denying it; they've had expert surgeons analyze the photos and it's obvious (even if you're not an expert) that she's had chin implant; under chin lipo at the very least. Her eye lids look different as well. She's managed to elongate her whole face. Might have something to do with her new Reality show upcoming.

It looks like she has a more mature look, different make-up and she obviously caved in to the jabs thrown around about her recently and lost some weight. It's a shame because she was very curvy and cute before.

She was a pregnant teenager when she first emerged in the public eye. I think she's lost weight and grown up. You can totally see that face and CHIN in her younger pictures.
