Demi Lovato Regrets 'Stupid' Tattoo: Have You Ever Regretted Getting a Tattoo?

Demi Lovato is only 20 years old -- and she's already regretting some of her 12 tattoos. "It was just a spur of the moment, stupid decision," she told "Live With Kelly And Michael" regarding a tat of her friend's lips, which her three best friends also have.

But this isn't the only ink Lovato regrets. Regarding tattoo removal, she said: "I've thought about it before because, you know, when I get older I don't know if I want to have rock and roll on my middle finger."

She also opened up about going to rehab before being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. "I got into a situation in a different country when I actually ended up hitting one of my friends," she confessed. "I was just going through something so dark and I was very very mentally sick. So, you know, when I ended after leaving the tour my parents had planned an intervention." Have you ever regretted a tattoo? Or are you proud of your ink?

    I think tattoos are outward expressions of a persons inner self. I find them to be interesting, but not always attractive. A tasteful "tramp stamp" is nice. I saw a very attractive young woman with an odd yet interesting tattoo between her shoulder blades that I thought really complemented her. Many people overdo it. Don't be part of the tattoo. Be yourself.

    I do not have tattoos. The "Tattoo" is not stupid, Demi was. If you asked a woman or man, would you wear your same "hair do/style" that you have today for the rest of your life, what do you think they would answer. Well, anything you choose to do cosmetically that is permanent is sooooo stupid....(not talking reconstructive surgery, nose job, etc.)

    i love the tattoo that i do have its very sentimental & special. it has a lot of meaning for me. i will never regret it.

    Oh yeah.. how did you guess. lol No its NOT!!! that would be the day when i mark up my nice ass with a permanent tattoo... yea right. lol its on my foot. it says schatzi which is wat my grandparents called me. it means treasure/sweetheart in german. & i was extremley close to my grandma and she passed aways so it was also a memorial tattoo.

    My first tattoo is the autograph of an awesome singer-songwriter, but to the uninitiated, it just looks like a cool tattoo. My second tattoo is my beloved niece's nickname in Japanese. And yes, I know the kanji and pronounciation, and did not just get gibberish characters ;)
