Oh my , that sweet innocent Dakota has gone and grown up on us so fast but she is a fantastic actress and if it is the way to develop her career as an adult then I see nothing wrong in her doing nude scenes .

Nudity all depends on the type of scene it is and how it is presented. Dakota has always done everything in the past with class and taste. I expect nothing different from her this time.

To those making a huff and puff about sex scenes, nobody said it was a sex scene. It may be, but nudity doesn't always mean sex. Either way; so what? Everyone's pretty much got the same things going on. It's just nudity.

Dakota is one of the finest actors working right now. If she has decided it's necessary to the storyline, then I'm gonna go with her judgement. It's not slutty, it's not disappointing that she would choose to do it, and it most certainly is NOT being done to revive a failing career after the transition from child actor to adult. She WILL go down in history as one of the greatest actresses to grace the silver screen.

Promiscuity does /not/ always have moral connotations. It only does if it's attributed to women, which is the space the pejoratives "slut" and "slutty" fill.
