The wait is finally over, SodaHeads! On Thursday night, Coachella announced its much-anticipated 2013 lineup, and while some acts were already suspected (ie The Postal Service) there were lots of surprises.
Rumors were floating around about The Rolling Stones headlining for weeks, but you knew better -- back in December you voted that the story was really a hoax. Instead Blur, The Stone Roses, Phoenix, and Red Hot Chili Peppers will be headlining both weekends (April 12-14 and April 19-21) of the festival.
Headliners are rad, but we're also really excited for all of our New Music Now picks that are booked -- The Colourist, The Neighbourhood, Jake Bugg, Father John Misty, and Alex Clare. You can check out the whole lineup here, and festival passes for both weekends will go on sale Tuesday, January 29th at 10AM PST. General admission tickets are $349 (total including fees) and VIP tickets cost $799. Don't forget to let us know: which act are you most excited for?

3 days of multiple stages for music acts of various genres.
fantastic art installations, great people watching and an all around good time.
i've gone 5 x before but will miss this year because of schedule conflicts.
here's some clips from last year:
it's a music festival... great time, i will be missing it this year sadly but i've been 5x.
Music festivals are definitely fun. There is a great one where I live too, though the focus is more folk/country/world music.
May not be a musician but he's a great worker.
