Brown and Rihanna were recently seen kissing each other on the lips at MTV's Video Music Awards, fueling rumors that they've gotten back together. And Rihanna recently defended her ex in an interview with Oprah.

"I still love him," she said, describing herself as single. "We're very, very close friends. We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other and we probably always will. I think he was the love of my life." Chris Brown, now 23, pleaded guilty to a felony after assaulting his 24-year-old ex. Do you think his new tat looks an awful lot like Rihanna?

Why for the love of God would somebody have a picture of an abused woman tattooed on their neck for the world to see??? The fact he is, means he's got some psychological problems. Neck tat's are so out as to be only done in jail nowdays, with a nice helping of Hep C to go with it. What a loser. Sorry but I've seen enough abused women to hate abusive guys or girls for that matter, as it swings both ways sadly.
