It's official: Rihanna and Chris Brown really can't get over each other. Brown has a new tattoo on his neck of a woman who appears to have been beaten -- and looks a heck of a lot like Rihanna. But he says it's not his ex. "It's not Rihanna," a rep for Brown told Hollyscoop. Sure it isn't ...

Brown and Rihanna were recently seen kissing each other on the lips at MTV's Video Music Awards, fueling rumors that they've gotten back together. And Rihanna recently defended her ex in an interview with Oprah.

"I still love him," she said, describing herself as single. "We're very, very close friends. We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other and we probably always will. I think he was the love of my life." Chris Brown, now 23, pleaded guilty to a felony after assaulting his 24-year-old ex. Do you think his new tat looks an awful lot like Rihanna?

No, it doesn't look anything like Rihanna, it does look like a comic book character. I think he saw this on the wall of a tattoo shop, or at Con-Con and it caught his eye. He thought it would be funny to have it. Simple as that. He'll outgrow it at some point, have it removed, and move on.

Tatto artist stated himself that it wasn't but it sure pretty close to looking like Rihanna after he beat her up and just for that fact he should have not had it put on but that is just me : )

According to this article and several more like it, tat is not a woman's face at all, but a "sugar skull" supposedly representing The Day of the Dead.

I know he beat her and I think what he did was wrong. Everyone knows he beat her. I heard Chris Brown beat Rihanna from the radio not TV. I don't believe in men hitting women. Men should love and respect women.
