She held on for one more surgery ... and she lost 30 pounds. Wilson Phillips singer Carnie Wilson underwent lap-band surgery in January, People confirms, and she's still losing weight. "It was the right decision for me and I'm doing really well so far," Wilson tells the mag. "It's all about taking good care of myself."

Twelve years ago, Wilson underwent gastric bypass surgery and lost 150 lbs. But pregnancy sabotaged her weight-loss success. "Having children derailed me a bit," the 43-year-old mother of a 6-year-old and a 2-year-old told People in 2010. "I'm just frustrated with these pounds."

Carnie has a good reason to slim down -- she's reuniting with Wilson Phillips to promote their new album, "Dedicated" and their TV Guide Network reality show, "Wilson Phillips: Still Holding On," premieres on April 8. From Carnie to Oprah to Jonah Hill to Jennifer Hudson, click through our slideshow and let us know: Which celeb fought the biggest battle of the bulge?

Overall, I'd say Carnie Wilson. However, she's quite attractive in that photo you have posted. Zaftig women can be beautiful.

It's sad when ppl are rarely as attractive when they actually loose the weight than you thought that they'd be. That is the case with Star Jones.

First the woman has a Roux-N-Y and brodcasts it on the Web. Now she has the Band? Folks, the gastric bypass is not a cure, it is a treatment, YOU have to relearn how to eat properly and exercis, this is just to help you along.

I'm saying Jonah, because he lost a lot of weight, and then got made fun of for losing it because looking fat was his character type when he broke into the industry.

My choice was not even listed. My Vote would have been for Wynonna Judd. She broke my heart once while on the Oprah show with her mom and Ashley, describing how her Mom nicknamed her Sweet Tater, then Ashley came along and Mom nicknamed her Sweet Pea, Wynonna cried out, "Everybody knows a tater is bigger than a pea!"

The audience was clearly on her side. Then Wy sang a very popular song, I Want to Know What Love Is, cameras panned the audience and the women had tears streaming, I did also. Wy sang that song like I've never heard it sang before. Her passion was palatable and my heart went out to her as she sang, not missing a note while her tears fell down her face. Not just Kirstie, but all of these people fought a long, hard battle with losing weight. Losing weight is not easy. It takes A LOT of self- motivation, determation, strength, will power and the desire to never give up to lose the weight and keep the pounds off. I admire all of these people! Kudos to all! :D

So far she had had two weight loss surgeries. The first, a gastric bypass obviously did not work since she re-gained the weight despite the drastic surgery that reduced her stomach to a fist size, she continued eating so that little stomach did stretch to accommodate her unaltered eating habits and her lack of personal discipline. Her problem with eating will continue as only behavior modification will alter her addiction to food and not surgery. She is the only known celebrity who had gone through two surgeries to control her appetite, pretty extreme and its long term effects will not be known for awhile. Most only went with just one, like Al Roker of NBC and Star Jones, formerly of The View.

I agree, one should never have to get another surgery. I had gastric bypass two years ago and i'm at a normal weight. I eat relatively well and excersize. I can't imagine stretching your pouch out until its as big as another stomache! I had the surgery laproscopically, so they just severed my stomach to create a pouch and the rest of my stomach is actually still in there, just not attached. so if i stretched it out i'd have two in there, and that's just too weird sounding for me. plus, since i love being thinner so much, i can't believe someone would let themselves gain the weight back by ignoring the tool they were given.
