I don't even know if that question even makes sense to you people.
But usually I can understand what their saying.
Some I can understand after I read the lyrics.

Sarah Films the Clouds 2009/04/22 00:45:59Sometimes+5It depends. I prefer more of a growl, ya know, lower pitched, and more rumblyish, but yeah, screams are fun. I like to have the lyrics to read just incase I can't understand. But that's only if the lyrics are good. Some screaming/growling bands have incredible lyrics, and it's such a shame people can't understand them.. but then again, some have really shitty non-creative, non-symbolic, non-good lyrics... like... "DIEMOTHERFUCKER DIEMOTHERFUCKER"... that's just dumb. ish. kinda. ice cream

i can understand becoming the archetype but i can't understand chiodos

but im not afraid to admit that most of the time,no,and i hate it because i like to feel the music and lyrics and when i have no idea what they are saying and i just love the music,it is not enough, its quite frustrating to have to go and look them up,and the worst is when you look them up and they are crap,no meaning, nothing, just cursing or some crazy crap like that,i hate that.
i dont get people who give up on the lyrics just cause they scream and they automatically assume theyre not gonna understand it. they dont even try
