Can my computer run the steam version of modern warfare 3?

its has a intel(r) pentium(R) cpu b940 @ 2.00 ghz (2 cpus), ~2.0ghz processor, its a TOSHIBA SATELLITE L755, 4096 MB RAM, DirectX Version: DirectX 11, with OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with a Intel(R) HD graphics family display device

The toshiba satellite l577 has no graphics card, its got inegrated graphics. seems to work fine on games like modern warfare 2 and half life 2.

Laptops can't run games well
You did not mention the graphics card which is one of the most important things when it comes to games
Your processor is way to slow for most games you need at least 3 GHz dual core intel core i3, i5 i 7
For modern warfare 3 i recommend
Graphics card with 512 MB video ram, shader 3.0 or higher
On the steam site they say 256 MB but the game will run better with more

not really :S. id suggest a better cpu,maybe 3GHz with at least 4 cores. you haven't mentioned your graphics card which is the real deciding factor.
