He brought sexy back, but can Justin Timberlake do the same thing for MySpace? The once-super popular social networking site is trying again for a comeback, with the help of Timberlake, who bought MySpace last summer from News Corp. for $35 million, mostly in stock, with a group of other investors, The Associated Press reports.
The star appears in a new promotional video for the revamped site, which has a "much cleaner look," according to the AP, and will let users connect with their Twitter or Facebook accounts.
But while MySpace promises to "start from scratch," it will still be focused on music and entertainment. Interested? You can request an invitation (the new site isn't quite ready yet). Do you think JT can bring MySpace "back"?

I would never say never. But, I'd say that the odds are strongly against Myspace making even a small comeback. You might as well try to bring back classmates or AOL.
UPDATE! I was listening to my 3rd and 4th grade students talk about MySpace... they said it was something their grandfather knew about.
