President Obama dispatched Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to the Mideast on Tuesday, stepping up his administration's so-far futile attempts to broker an end to the bloody conflict in the Gaza Strip.

Hillary Clinton flew to Jerusalem to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, leaving abruptly from Cambodia, where she had accompanied Obama to a regional summit. From Israel, she is slated to travel to the West Bank city of Ramallah to meet with Palestinian officials before heading to Cairo to talk with Egyptian leaders.

No. Those problems in the Middle East have existed for decades. Neither Hillary Rodham Clinton nor any other diplomat cannot not solve those problems. First of all Clinton is no diplomat, she has no experience in foreign affairs whatsoever and secondly she should been the Democratic presidential candidate in 2008 instead of Obama.

There has been problems in this area of the world for thousands of years and it will never change until the people in those areas change their thinking. They want the help from the US, but they act like they hate us. Hillary does not have the know how to change their thinking and I don't think anyone esle does either. The people in those places are the only ones that can change the problems in their country. Their problems are just putting the US in more debt every day and getting our people killed for a cause that is of their own making. Hatred can never reform a nation, but love for each other can.

Word has it that the Arab Spring of 2011 has turned into the Arab Nightmare. The extremist Muslim Brotherhood have taken power in those Middle Eastern who don't care on way or the other about democracy and I think that our "beloved" POTUS Obama knows it and is encouraging it.

Supposedly the American public said this is our guy. With the economy, the job
market, the health care debacle and our foreign and domestic programs
in the toilet it is a total mystery to me. Apparently we will be in another four

Palestinians shouldn't start fights they can't finish. Giving them Gaza was never enough. It only strengthened their position as terrorists. Israel should flatten Gaza, flood the terror tunnels, and retake their land.

Last time the Clinton's were in office they sent troops to a hostile war zone without any real ideals of how intense it was in Africa until it was too late, the cult in Waco Texas , Clinton ordered the military to just mow everything there down killing everyone.

Our country is obviously in favor of Israel over Palestine, so how can she settle anything
with BOTH ? This is a hopeless situation, as I see it. Israel has the power over Gaza
with the USA backing Israel with all the military might possible. This confilict will continue
for years, or forever.
