Mariah is a perfectionist and as a judge; the contestants can respect her critique and evolve from that point of her advice.
But I'll be watching The Voice and the X Factor this season. I LOVE Britney as a judge she's almost as cutthroat as Simon ever was and I LOVE IT! Demi was pretty good too but she needs to fire whoever dresses her.
