It's been a tumultuous couple of weeks for pop megastar Britney Spears, between her X Factor departure and very public breakup with Jason Trawick. There is some light at the end of the tunnel for Spears though, and it could be in the form of a very lucrative deal in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, Spears could be residing in Vegas and become a regular act--for a ton of money.
Singer Celine Dion is rumored to make somewhere in the range of the $100 million ballpark. Considering Spears is younger than Dion and fresh off a run on a top-rated show, she could potentially earn even more than that (the report claims the money is "astronomical").
While Spears' best years may be behind her, she is still relatively young at 31. She could still put out hit singles and tour as she always has done. However, there's nothing wrong with earning millions upon millions of dollars in Las Vegas, but given her past personal problems, the best place for residence and work might not be a place nicknamed "Sin City."

Obviously, by the look of that hideous wig, she can't afford a really nice wig as it is - that looks atrocious!
can wait to see her playing the card game gin on the gambling floor between sets.
the question is "will she continue to right new music?"
I live in Vegas. It's a town that is built on indulging people whether or not those indulgences are good for them or not. There are people here who will prey upon any weakness in order to exploit you. So, you really need to know who you are and what your boundaries are. It doesn't seem to me that she does.
But, if she's got people who can protect her and keep her focused, it's also a place where she can make a ton of money, meet with some very creative people and hopefully grow as an artist. Up to this point, her career has been based on sex appeal. That doesn't last forever.
GRAB THAT DOUGH-!
I give her one year- maybe two- if she can handle it.
It is not easy doing 7 or 8 shows a week
