With all the drama that unfolds each week on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” it’s hard to imagine that Brandi Granville would need more histrionics off-screen. But the reality star just can’t seem to get enough of her public feud with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian’s new wife, Leann Rimes.
Granville’s husband had a well-publicized affair with the country star when they were both still wed to their original spouses. But it seemed like the pain might fade now that Cibrian and Rimes have already celebrated their first anniversary as man and wife. Yet the two women have been in a bitter Twitter battle for quite awhile and this week, the accusations got really ugly.

Granville told US Weekly that she believes that Rimes has an eating disorder that’s fueled by laxatives and diet pills. Worse yet, she claims that her 9-year-old son with Cibrian accidentally ingested some of “Le’s candies” and became ill after consuming what he thought was Skittles.
Rimes’ rep chocks it all up to Granville’s desire for more publicity. And for the first time, Cibrian himself chimed in, forwarding an email to Radar Online that he had sent to Brandi, which read, “I know your life exists solely for the purpose of living and creating drama.” Seems like she’s not the only one.
