Brad Pitt: Chanel No. 5
Oh, Brad . . . this is somehow even more pretentious than "Ocean's Twelve"!

The latest commercial for Chanel's iconic "No. 5" fragrance is out, and it stars everyone's favorite silver screen heartthrob: Brad Pitt. Unfortunately, it's absolutely terrible. Have a look at the commercials in our gallery and decide which one you think is the worst of all.
The clip features the male half of Brangelina, with long hair and a thick goatee, looking into the camera and reciting some cliched and pretentious slogans as the camera slowly zooms in. And that's it. He even looks a little embarrassed: probably because he knows bad writing when he hears it. What's even stranger is that the clip was directed by Joe Wright, who has made such great films as "Atonement" and "Hanna."
It's a shame, because Chanel's "No.5" commercials are usually fantastic -- remember the three-minute-long "fake trailer" commercial starring Nicole Kidman, and directed by "Moulin Rouge" creator Baz Lurhmann?
Hopefully this iconic brand will step it up for their next campaign. But for now, do you think this is the dumbest fragrance commercial ever -- or does that title belong to one of our other selections?

The only reason I didn't vote Kardashian is because that would be recognizing her as a star, and I refuse to acknowledge ANY Kardashian as such. Stars because of their oodles of cash plus a reality show? Right. Popular YouTube channels are closer to "stardom" than any Kardashian.
Then Madonna
Then Britney's
At least Hilary & B's were interesting to watch the others are just FUNNY:)
#1: For some reason Brad Pitt casts a spell on women no matter what he does. Kudos to the ones who say they are over him. I am over Jennifer A. as well. We should be, right?
#2: You can call this politically-whatever you chose but someone needs to just come out and say it: To Khloe: What? Aren't any of us good enough for you? (Signed: Men of your own race /ethnicity.) At least that's the message I am getting from that ad. Go ahead and call me what you might. But this glaringly implied message overshadows everything about the product and thererby defeats the purpose of the ad. Just my 2c.
(P.S.: To Sodahead SS: TKS for posting the complete ads. For whatever reason the Brad Pitt one was the only one I have actually seen and fortunately so far only once.)
