Black Nintendo Wii Coming Soon: What other colors would you like to see for the Wii in the future?

Finally, Nintendo will be launching a new color for the Nintendo Wii: Black. The Black Wii console will first launch in Japan in August 2008 and then to be launched in the United States. I am not sure what took Nintendo so long to launch a new color. I think more colors for the Wii should be launched as well as they did for the Nintendo 64.

Green because isn't that the new thing. Everythings going green and they are charging you more for it. Just think about it for a moment. They are making alot of things "Green" for the enviroment by taking some chemicals out of the products and making it easier to recycle,even changing the color of the pakaging to green and charging more!
Bet if they come out with a green one it will be at least 30 to 50 dollars more.
They'll probably call it the "EnviroWii or the Earthwii".
Won't surprise me at all.

But I don't think I will ever get one. The only thing my kids have for electronic games is a computer. We do not own an xbox, play station or even a ds. If a game can not be played on an XP computer they don't need it.

Same here. It's a consol and yet have the need to make so many different colors, which unnecessary. They want people to keep buying them because they feel they want the new color because is 'cooler'. They'll probably put a decent amount of time in between the times they sell new colors, to sell me.

Yeah, if I tried that my parents would be like "Get it yourself." thats one reason I save my money that way they don't have to buy it for me which usually I buy things that I don't have already.

Mine probably would too. If something's really expensive, I do that too, save my money. If I think my parents can afford it, I'll save my money for when I need it. These children that are going to be persistent should learn to save their money.

Yeah, I mean what parent would buy their child a $200 dollar thing everyday, it isn't possible. If I want something they will buy it but I have to pay it back so no matter what I spend money. Yes they should learn to save money it isn't that hard all you do is not spend it.

I don't know, I guess kids don't understand that if you save your money you can buy anything you want, well not anything you would have to have a lot of money, but buying candy and prank toys does nothing for them those toys would break in a day, and the candy would be gone, so whats the point.
