Today, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are Hollywood royalty. You can hardly mention one without the other, from their Oscar-winning careers to their adoption-heavy family. But a decade ago -- before Brangelina, and before Maddox and Shiloh -- Angelina Jolie was married to Billy Bob Thornton. You might remember the two-year affair from those red carpet make-out sessions and those "vials of blood" they wore. Well, now you'll get to relieve that relationship through "And Then We Drove."
According to Variety, Thornton co-wrote "And Then We Drove" with Tom Epperson, and the movie will be at least partly based on his relationship with Jolie. It's being described as an "ethereal" road trip, and takes place all over the U.S. Producer Alexander Rodnyansky told Variety, "I found the story amazing. It's a pretty new combination of genres to put into one movie. It's based on his personal experiences in many ways."
