Many celebrities need to pre-record when performing outdoors, especially in such cold weather. The Marine Corp Band had to - do you know what those brass instruments sound like in that weather? Not good.
I have no problem with this in those outdoor conditions. I think of it as necessary for a decent performance.
Beyonce Knowles did lip sync, then it's a fair wager that she was
ordered to do so by inaugaration officials. If I was her, then I would
have followed those inaugaration officials orders without waiver. And
I would bring up any grievance regarding this at a more appropriate
time and place, and be judicious about how I went about it as well.
