It must be nice to be whisked away to Paris on a private jet, drop $20,000 a night on a two-story penthouse suite, and be two of the most powerful people in entertainment.

Beyonce and Jay-Z are staying a night at the Hotel Le Meurice in the City of Lights, which features a glass-enclosed dining room and an enormous private open-air terrace overlooking the famous Tuileries Garden, People magazine reports.

And while the pair was spotted having Champagne over lunch, Beyonce "hasn't gone out on one of her customary kamikaze boutique runs," a photographer told People.

I picked Sean "Diddy" Combs, that's a lot of money to give a child just for making honor roll! But, really all of them spend a lot of money. I often wonder why different organizations are always asking the middle-class, senior citizens for donations to help with this or that. We can hardly take care of our basic needs. Why don't they ask the "rich & famous" people for help/donations? They are are ones who have the money to give instead of spending their money on lavish material things that they never seem to be really happy with. It seem like the more they get....the more they want!

The people who should earn obscene amounts of money are scientists, doctors etc. People that could possibly save your life or discover a cure for some terrible illness. But instead it's given to people to entertain us. Most of which don't do that great of a job anyway.

If they drop 50,000 a night who business is it of any one, to romance each other is a great thing, at least they are still together & loving, & enjoying there marriage. Wake up, it's about commitment, making it work, if I feel I want something different to spice thing up, I say go for it, speaically if I have the BUCKS!!!!!!!

But honestly, if my parents gave me a limo whenever I got good grades, I'd be doing A LOT better in school.

Plus, you people judge way too much. They have money, they donate to charity, when you get a large paycheck, you spend it on the necessary things, put some into your savings, and spend the rest, correct? They just have more left over.

I chose Beyonce and Jay-Z merely because out of all of those listed, they earn the most money. Also, Jay-Z seems to be a savvy investor. [He sure as hell can't rap.] Although the couples likes to live the high life, they certainly have the cash to spend. Most of today's stars diversify, having their own fashion lines, perfume, etc. It's the celebrities who DON'T live within their means, those who spend all their money on sex and drugs and rock-n-roll, or who invest in shady financial deals, who end up losing everything. Let's just say that Beyonce and Jay-Z will never end up like Mike Tyson.

Yes, going bankrupt like Toni Braxton is a great example of a celebrity who can't manage their money. Also, you'll remember back in 2008, Ed McMahon and his wife almost lost their house to foreclosure for because he was almost $700,000 in arrears in his mortgage payments on his $5.75 million Beverly Hills mansion. Other celebrities spoke out in his defense, and a private investor eventually purchased the loan so that McMahon could stay in his house, saying he was doing a "good deed." I don't see anybody coming forward to pay the mortgages on the average Americans' homes that are in foreclosure. Why aren't rich people doing "good deeds" for THEM? My advice to Ed McMahon would have been to sell his house and move to a cheaper one. For some reason, rich folks like Ed McMahon and Toni Braxton feel some sense of entitlement, like the rest of the world OWES them something. For real, these people make me sick.

Yep, and we end up eating all of their costs as well, everytime a celeb doesn't pay, our porces and rates go up to cover the loss. I qit buying Estee Lauder products (I love that line so much) because they GIVE celebs everything, which means all of us buying the products pay. THe FED has a mortgage help program that hardly any have qualified for, those that have "been helped" are back in forclosure within 6 months and each one has cost way more then the house was worth, so once again the taxpayers are footing MORE bills for MORE deadbeats to own homes.

The middle class gets screwed all the way around.
