The sports and entertainment worlds came together Wednesday night for the 20th annual ESPY Awards in Los Angeles. But don't think the ladies showed up in tomboy attire. Maria Sharapova -- who won Best Female Tennis Player -- dazzled in a J. Mendel gown -- while racing star Danica Patrick, a presenter, looked pretty (and shapely) in a pink cocktail dress.

As for the non-athletes, "New Girl" star Zooey Deschanel looked "adorkable" as usual, flaunting her trademark bangs and red lipstick to match her waist-cinching red belt. Jessica Biel (the soon-to-be Mrs. Justin Timberlake) looked slim and sexy in a short white dress -- and holy fluorescent heels!
