Barack Obama Thinks Beyoncé Is the Best Role Model for His Daughters: Do You?

well, that's a relief. It's a good thing you let your kids pick their own paths out. So, i just want to know your opinion but, what if one of your kids decided to convert to Islam. Not saying its probable- but what if?

For that reason...I did not have my children baptized as infants (and to this day...they have not been)...it was not my right to impose ANY religion on them (even though I am a Christian, but do not belong to any ORGANIZED faith). And you're right..it isn't probable that either of them would adopt Islam...because they see the violent acts and oppression perpetrated against women...and the theology of hatred that dominates and drives that belief...no I think I can say with complete assurance...that my children would not embrace islam......but if one of them did...I would try to find out why they would choose such a faith....try to present a compelling argument against it...then the rest would be up to them...I wouldn't be thrilled about it...but it would be their choice...and I would respect that.

This is so far-fetched it's laughable. Firstly, the second and third images are completely different. Secondly, the moon and star thing? Talk about a major reach. Lastly, a pentagram is NOT a symbol of solely Satanists. Satanist pentagrams have a goat head in the middle of the star and are outlined by a double circle. If anything, the pentagram pictured is of Wiccan origin.

My daughter is still too young to really know specific music genres or to follow celebrities and the like, but I certainly wouldn't be worried if later in life she found a role model in women like Beyonce Knowles.
