I'm into older stuff like Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Fleetwood Mac, Foreigner, and Asia. But unique bands I would have to say Lifehouse. Also Blue Oyster Cult and Creedence Clearwater Revival. As for one hit wonders Quiet Riot. Then there's Five For Fighting, Linkin Park, Goo Goo Dolls, The Pretenders, Matchbox 20, Blink 182,....................Jesus! Why'd you have to ask this question? I could go on all night.

it depends, all the girls in my high school loves bvb, they're not bad, but they are just pop rock i guess, avenged sevenfold is great

You're talking high school in 2012. I moved the Hammond B3 for this band when we were in high school. In 1969-70. This song was used in the movie "Lost in Translation" with Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson.

I've seen some of the greatest bands in the world, and none of these above listed bands come close.

well i don't regularly listen to them but i did like a few of their songs, everyone else i either don't like or didn't bother listening to. I also liked a few Avenged Sevenfold songs.

I love 'em all. People say their crap, bu they can think what they want. These bands are still making money no matter if you like them or not. No reason to call them gay, that's just mean because you and I both know they're straight and its offensive to the gay community.
