I'm 47. I lost my hair early on. So I did what most bald men do.

Lod Mercy, in my family, men over 30 with hair are so rare it bears no credence, we live reasonably long lives, youngest about 75 years old before biting the bullet. I lost mine before 24.

Male pattern baldness has little to do with aging, or at least not with aging as in "getting old, weak and fragile". Some men start losing their hair in their late twenties and nevertheless live to see 90.

Sorry, I meant NO. I'm a fan of the 80's BIG hair thing, so I'm kinda used to sporting a FULL head of hair; sometimes getting occasional perms for added body and "tease." However, I'm not going to get a heart attack over losing it. Today's young guys wouldn't know if they were losing their hair or not, being that the "bald" Rapper inspired look is so prevalent nowadays.

That's what I'm doing. Alas, here in Germany some people mistake a bald head for a political statement, so I had to grow a beard. Looks a bit silly, but it still beats the monk tonsure / Sicilian pizza baker look :-) Or a Trump-style combover, for that matter.

Would never do the comb over. I had one quarter sized bald spot. Doc called Alopecia Areata or something like that. People at work called it a gun shot wound others called it a crop circle. I almost shaved my head, I buzz it with a number 1 anyway.

The doc shot 10 shot of cortizone in the quarter sized spot. It is almost grown back now.

I told my wife the razor will come out in 2 more months if it never comes back.

My father had a heart attack at fifty- eight but he looks about fifteen years younger than he is and hasn' t lost his hair or even gone very grey even though he's sixty seven now so it isn't always true.

Well, I'm not in the habit of kidding. Actually,without knowing for sure, I was defaulting on the complement. The complement was aimed more at the assured existence of the fire, and less on getting to light it....Just a thought....
